Chez Pitch’s cuisine is rooted in a tradition that has shaped generations of gourmets, thanks to its signature perch fillets and lake fish, true specialties of the house. The aim of the new management is to continue this culinary story while preserving the charm and convivial spirit that have built the restaurant’s reputation. Particular attention is paid to each guest’s well-being, so everyone feels at home, perpetuating the tradition of a warm welcome where every detail matters.

HISTORY

A place filled with memories

iy8a9091

Chez Pitch is an institution close to my heart and, like most residents of Pully, I have many memories here.

This place has a soul, somewhat hidden over the past few years; my ambition is to restore its former prestige, as it once knew during the great era of Mr. G. Ischi-Schacher.

Our goal is to preserve tradition while bringing a contemporary touch.

Words from our food lovers… ⭐⭐

A beautiful revival! What a pleasure to discover the new face of Chez Pitch. A new décor, a new chef, a new team — all guided by a leader whose high standards and attention to detail are immediately evident. We truly indulged ourselves: the house’s signature salad, impeccably fresh oysters, an ‘affordable indulgence’ caviar, and a salt-crusted sea bass cooked to perfection and wonderfully aromatic. It is a true joy to see this institution in such capable hands. The thoughtfully curated and generous wine list perfectly complements the meal. Congratulations to the entire team — we already look forward to our next visit!”

I highly recommend it!! The new owner has completely transformed the restaurant. The atmosphere is relaxed, the owner is present and makes sure everything runs smoothly. The dishes are delicious, the team is friendly and highly professional, with excellent value for money. We were pleasantly delighted by this reopening — and we will definitely be back!!

Chez Pitch, port de Pully, ressuscité !!! Bravo !!!

A legendary place that has rediscovered its soul! Taken over just a few weeks ago by a new team, led by the sensitive and inspiring ‘conductor’ Babs Siclet, Chez Pitch in Pully is experiencing a remarkable rebirth. The setting is simply magical: an ideal lakeside location, just steps from the harbor, offering an exceptional and soothing atmosphere. On the occasion of its hundredth anniversary, this iconic place has rediscovered what has always been its greatest strength: genuine warmth, flavorful cuisine, particularly attentive service, and a cocooning, convivial, and lively atmosphere. You feel at ease here from the very first moment. We were won over by the warm and enthusiastic welcome, charmed by the newly redesigned décor—modern yet deeply respectful of the soul and history of the place, a precious balance for long-time patrons. In the kitchen, the dishes are flavorful, generous, and perfectly mastered. The lake perch fillets fully met the expectations of our discerning palates. A special mention goes to the wine list, beautifully curated and highlighting local winemakers. Being able to enjoy carefully selected regional wines is a thoughtful touch that truly resonated with us. We wish the new management every success and are delighted to see that Chez Pitch has regained its beating heart, to the great joy of all those who have long loved this unique place—and those yet to discover it. An address that truly deserves to be (re)discovered
