Chez Pitch, an institution of the Vaud Riviera since 1925
Since its founding in 1947 by Mr. G. Ischi-Schacher, known as Pitch, the restaurant has stood out for its authenticity and its constant pursuit of quality. Offering a breathtaking view over the port of Pully, it became renowned for its legendary perch fillets, its homemade shoestring potatoes and its whole fish carved tableside, while cultivating a sincere and warm welcome that has earned the loyalty of several generations.
